New App Lets You Schedule Panic Attacks During Work Hours

A new wellness startup called BreatheLater™ is making waves in Silicon Valley by offering users the chance to plan their anxiety attacks in advance.
The app syncs seamlessly with Google Calendar, blocking off fifteen-minute “hyperventilation windows” between meetings and sending gentle reminders like, “You’re doing great — until 3:45!”

“We saw a gap in the market for predictable breakdowns,” said CEO Tyler Fenn. “Mental health is important, but so is punctuality.”

Early adopters report high satisfaction. “Before BreatheLater™, my anxiety was chaotic and spontaneous,” said user Jenna Lee. “Now it’s beautifully integrated into my workflow.”
An enterprise version for managers is rumored to include bulk-scheduling features — perfect for Q4.
